what is an arithmetic sequence? they asked me is this is one. 7,21,30,45 from what I see, there isn't any constant variation. but i do notice they all divide by 3... but is that arithmetic sequence?

    An arithmetic sequence is where you add, subtract, divide, or multiply by a constant to get the next number

    So like 2,4,6,8 or 3,6,12,24
