HB658 is a bill (now Alabama law) attempting to reform immigration. Reading the the actual bill is the best way to understand it, but it can be hard to understand these things the way they are written. The next best bet is to read articles on the bill. The problem with that is that is that it's difficult to find unbiased reporting on an issue are heated as immigration, but you can start here: http://bit.ly/PMZFwp
I would not stop there however, just use Google news and search for 'Alabama HB658'. You will get plenty of articles stating both sides of the issue. Good luck.
