    well what you have is correct, but perhaps the computer system is really picky and they want it a certain way?

    Maybe they want the answer as \[\Large \frac{2x+h+2\sqrt{x(x+h)}}{h}\] or maybe as \[\Large \frac{2x+h+2\sqrt{x}\sqrt{x+h}}{h}\] or maybe as \[\Large \frac{x+h+2\sqrt{x}\sqrt{x+h}+x}{h}\]
