People just really want more evidence that there is indeed a God. Being an Atheist doesn't make much sense either because they can not prove there is no God! But I'm willing to be you were born and brought up in a judeo-christian background? Let me ask you this. Why do you believe there is a God?

I think that the mystery about whether there is a god and/or gods may have been something that it/they purposefully chose so that every individual can make their mind up themselves... OR maybe there is no supernatural sentient being pulling the strings at all and we humans with our extraordinary imaginations have come up with one of our best solutions to cope with our inevitable deaths and the "mystery" of what comes after. I personally always find myself bouncing between these views. But like I said these are only views and we live on a planet filled with many. The last point I would like to inject from my my personal philosophy is that I do not see things as black or white but an infinite array of shades of gray. Thanks bringing up this discussion.

We don't really need to over simplify it, people don't want to change for someone and change their life around. We are creatures of habit. I have to admit I don't really like to go to a new restaurant when I'm hungry.

I think the problem is that you would need to define what God is for him/it to exist or not. Is God person like? an energy force? a creator? a punisher? an entity that helps us daily? etc it is not enough to ask if God exists or not.

Some people believe that God is figurative. Some believe that those who believe in God are believing in a book or idea. To some those small miracles are evidence that God does exist, to others they are mere situations.

lol yes that is what I am saying people ares saying religion is a bunch of crap you got to belive in who you want I belive In god..

Another thing is most people who believe in God kind of pick which parts of the religion they like most. Like the fact you aren't suppose to cut your hair, or get divorced. And having people push their religion on you is very annoying. I just think that some people are tired of the hassle and the fact that the Christians aren't loyal to their faith. It's nothing personal. I know people who are loyal.

Everyone has their own way of thinking. Some people think that there has to be physical evidence in order to prove everything, others know otherwise. BTW here's a pic that sort of goes with this.

Because of all the evil in the world the people like to surround themselves with thoughts like how can God exist if their is nothing but evil in the world. But for me im a Christian and all I want to say is for people to go after God and he will give you the mind set to know the truth God does exist and he is alive. I liked your question!

There delusional and think that there has to be some higher power. Religion is used to explain the unexplained such as creation.

Our universe is huge and impossible for us to investigate everything in it, and you assume God will be seen this easily? Our universe is not small, and Allah is much mightier than the universe itself.

People who say God doesn't exists need to think a bit more and question the existence of every single thing.
