First off, the 1st one doesn't make sense. Do you have a textbook or worksheet with these questions? It probably has these properties explained on there better than most people can.

I have the properties on my notes, however, the problems on the homework make no sense with the explanation of the properties

It's either going to be Commutative, Associative, Identity, Inverse or Distributive
