    9 ( p^2 - 5) = 3

    so im a little confused how did u go from 9(p^2-5)=3 to p^2-5

    took out 9 to get x^2 - 5, then divided by 9 to get rid of it. if you divided it, it will be the same as 1(p^2 - 5) which is still p^2 - 5
