What is the middle part of the bacteria cell

    Bacteria don't have nuclei, but they do have DNA/genetic material floating around on their middles instead.

    It depends on the bacterial shape also if it is a bacteria is in group which divide at middle (there are some bacteria which divide giving unequal daughter cells) while replication the middle part mostly contains its DNA.
