Hm. That's strange. That would seem to imply the server hit some sort of error related to your account. I'll need to look into the exact details of what's going on when we try to log into your account. It's possible you're missing a field... but then nobody would be able to load your profile. We'll look into it.

Alright, you had an empty password assigned to that account, which was breaking things. I triggered a password reset to your gmail account. You should have instructions in your email to reset the password.

Our email service throttles our emails. It's possible that is the cause for the delay. Also, if you've ever unsubscribed from the marketing emails before on that email then we're not going to be able to get through.
Colm or Austin will have to undo your email block from SendGrid before the site can send you messages if that's the case.

Yeah, then your emails are being blocked. @cshalvey @walne If one of you could find bahrom's email in the block list in SendGrid and unblock him from receiving our emails that'd be awesome.

Er. I could try but the outcome if I get it wrong is going to be significantly worse than you not being able to access your account so I'd rather wait on the email and go through the proper channels.
