Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.1if the switch board is designed to support aN A.C supply then the moment the switch is on,there will be a quick change in magnetic flux which induces an emf(voltage) and spark given by rate of chage in magnetic flux=induced emf(in a direction opposite to change in magnetic flux)
