Rose has to gift wrap all the surfaces of the poster tube shown below. What is the area of the gift wrapping paper that Rose will need? 120.2 square inches 226.2 square inches 240.4 square inches 169.7 square inches

    so you got the height of the cylinder which is 24 in now you have to multiply it by the circumference of the circle since the diameter of the circle is 3 in you know that the circumference is pi *3 so the area of the paper is 24*pi * 3 = 226.2

    i had a little mistake first time so i deleted it .. the answer is 226.2 yw :)
