What does "based" really means? Say, at this phrase: Knowledge based enterpreneurship. Or: Computer based learning.

    based means related........in 1st sentence knowledge based enterpreneuship means enterpreneuship doing business and gaining knowledge but in 2nd sentence computer based learning means learning through computer.......so in above two sentences based having a unique meaning
