A school has 100 pupils 73 know English 46 know French 32 know English and French a) How many pupil knows at least one language b) As students do not know any language

    If there are 100 students, and you want to know how many people only speak one language, add the number of people who know english and the people who know french, and then subtract the amount of people that know both.
