how does resistance effected when speed of moving semiconductor approaches c?

    in ideal case its speed does not effects its resistance,,nd resistance of semiconductor is generally dependet of its temparature,and i physical properties

    i think resistance of semoconductir varies with its temparature and its phsical properties only not on its velocity
