    Ok well first off it cannot be A because 7/9 is clearly less than 2/9 It cannot be C because common sense tells us 5/6 is most likely greater than 2/9 To make sure we are correct about B, multiply every fraction to get a common denominator ( LCM = 36) so you get 6/36,8/36,28/36,30/36 which is clearly correct
