Hitler opposed the Treaty of Versailles seeing it as a humiliation for Germany following WW1. The Treaty of Versailles basically forced Germany to accept full responsibility for the war - their military was gutted and they basically had to pay massive reparations for their role in WW1. As for what Axis leader supported Hitler, probably Franco - Hitler aided Franco in the Spanish Civil War although Franco remained neutral. He opened ports up to German ships until he went back to being neutral when the tide began turning against the Axis forces in '43.
