I suppose it only happens in the math section

Does it post more than once?

No, it doesn't post more than once. It just takes forever. Sometimes I end up having to close out of Chrome completely and come back just to get it to post.

Strange. Usually I would say it's load issues, but load issues should cause multiple posts if it's taking any longer than 5s to go through (that's a bug I've been trying to fix properly in the framework for a few weeks now). We'll have a look and see if there are any performance issues manifesting anywhere. Things may just be getting a bit backed up.

I wonder if loading issues vary per user. I mean, on my profile alone, I do have a lot of "questions asked/answered". What is the effect of that on "loading"? Especially since I still cannot get back to the very first question I answered without running into issues.

There are definitely some issues related to that. However, in theory you shouldn't be suffering from those when posting.

My internet is not slow. It's probably faster than yours.

Even stranger, the servers seem to be doing just fine… I'll see if I can find anything.

It happens to me too. It has to do with laggy computers and hundreds of users being online and active at the same time. Nothing the admins can do about it.

Not exactly, no. I messaged back and forth with Hero for a little while and this seems unrelated to server load. There's something funky going on on the client. In particular, Hero noticed that having two browser windows open on the same question and posting a reply in one window in his case resulted in that reply showing up immediately in the other window, but taking a while to show up in the window that he posted from. We're trying to determine where exactly this problem is coming from.

Some secure sites have priority based system dedication and automated coding in real time. This however is unlikely unless u have third party secure systematics.
