There are two pints in a 8 oz in cup, and 2 cups in a pint and 2 pints in a quart. You can convert by remembering: smaller to larger divide, larger to smaller multiply. So if you want to go quarts to pints, you would multiply by 2, but if you want to go pint to quarts, you would divide by 2.
