Are there some natural ways to increase my height? Maybe food or physical activities? Not height increase surgery for sure! I am 166 centimeters and 22 years old.

Not really...seeing as how height is basically determined by genetics. If you are young enough I suppose you could drink milk...but that's just gonna strengthen you bones, I don't really think it has to do with height.
