Download the whole readings in one single archive : http://fieldwork-venezuela.com/public/MIT_6-00_readings.pdf !
Note: I merged these MIT 6.00x readings (from lectures 1 to 20, see:http://ocw.mit.edu/courses/electrical-engineering-and-computer-science/6-00-introduction-to-computer-science-and-programming-fall-2008/readings/) in one single PDF. It has bookmarks.

I didn't check if it's working on Acrobat Reader, I use Evince on GNU/Linux. But it should work for U. Also, I didn't realize that there was a mix of letter and A4 format. But if you want to read it on your screen, it doesn't matter. I didn't crop the chapters that begin in the middle of a page (like Python variables are names: Other languages have "variables"), I'll see if I have time to do that stuff. And add pages in the beginning of each chapter. But it's not that important.
Many thanks to the MIT for this amazing opencourse program, and to the community for this exceptional effort of popularization/documentation.
