Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0On the graph, the xvalues are on the bottom. The line starts at x=1, and ends at x=9. X has to be between these 2 choices, because the line doesn't go any futher. The answer would have to be C because x would have to be greater than or equal to 1, and less than or equal to 9.
