The combined area between the countries of Georgia and Ireland is 139, 973 square kilometers. the difference between the two countries is 573 square kilometers. if Ireland has the larger land area determine the land area of each country.

    Let the area of Georgia be x and the area of Ireland be y. Then x+y=139, 973(combined area means sum of areas) y-x=573(Difference of areas Solve the simultaneous equations to find x and y. Can u do that @ebydaqueen17?
