I Know this is in wrong subject but i DESPERATLY need help! Which of these is not a source of state and local tax revenue? payroll taxes property taxes sales taxes income taxes

    I think it's payroll tax as this is a federal tax. http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taxation_in_the_United_States#section_4 I am from England and have never been to the US, but from what I can surmise its payroll tax.
