Yeah, I use FL and Reason. Reason is pretty flippin' sweet. But FL is pretty good too!
Or, you can always pay a good bit of money for Cubase 5 and get some of the most quality sounding recordings.

OR you can download FREE SAMPLE PACKS but you know whatever works
Umm.. I suggest Soundcloud, many people go on here and post their Soundcloud songs, from bands, to just little raps. The best part? IT's FREE! Or, if you have an IPhone, you can search up LaDiDa. Really good app, you can make autotune, etc
LaDiDa is a cost though.
If you want a notation program, then Musescore is a pretty good program and it is free. Also, noteflight is free but online. musescore.org noteflight.com
@countonme123 .... noteflight.com all you have to do is make an account and make your own music (:
Thanks guys! I will try these.
Try http://www.jamstudio.com/Studio/index.htm. I use it all the time. And it is fun.
you shood try http://www.free-audio-editor.com/ for audio editing and http://www.acoustica.com/mixcraft/index.htm for mixing / recording but mixcraft cost some money
