    the area of smaller redtangle=x(x+5) the area of larger rectangle= 4x(x^2+7x+10) =4x(x+2)(x+5) the ratio of smaller to larger rectangle=(x(x+5))/4x(x+2)(x+5) = 1/(x+2)
