What do those data represent? Are they all from one sample? If you're having trouble importing, sometimes copying the data to Word, or Notepad or something first helps  put all the numbers in a single row. If you still have trouble, go back and put commas between all the numbers (Excel should recognize the spaces and put the numbers in different cells, though.

I was able to transfer the data over. The boundaries are in the attachment. How do I calculate the frequencies using excel?

I forget the particular function. With a data set that small, I would just count them myself.
