That's a bar graph, not a histogram.
What do those data represent? Are they all from one sample? If you're having trouble importing, sometimes copying the data to Word, or Notepad or something first helps - put all the numbers in a single row. If you still have trouble, go back and put commas between all the numbers (Excel should recognize the spaces and put the numbers in different cells, though.

I was able to transfer the data over. The boundaries are in the attachment. How do I calculate the frequencies using excel?
I forget the particular function. With a data set that small, I would just count them myself.
