Is it possible for the first bump timer to be a little smaller? The moment someone asks a question, he/she has to wait about 5 minutes to bump it?

    yes. abut anyway... i don't really have trouble about the latter times. It's only right for the timer to be that long. The first timer just seems a bit too long for a first bump
