    horizontal means your y value never changes, your y value at the point is -8, so y=-8 is the equation.

    a vertical line through the same point would be x = 9.

    sigh.... HORIZONTAL means your y value never changes, your y value at the point is -8, so y=-8 is the equation.

    Ohh very sorry i didn't read the question properly It's an horizontal line which hasn't a gradient and neither intercept very sorry I was did not read the question I repeat did not read the question properly tht's why @bahrom7893 VERY SORRY
