what one

What is the transconductance gm2 of transistor Q2 at the operating point? Write an algebraic expression for gm2 in terms of the parameters K and VT, and the bias voltage VIN. and What is the Thevenin equivalent resistance of the small-signal circuit, as seen from the output port? Write an algebraic expression for this resistance in terms of the parameters K and VT, and the bias voltage VIN.

And ro value in H6p1

4. anonymous

no you asked for them gm2 and small signal circuit and ro in hp6p1

5. anonymous

but u gave gm1 and voltage

6. anonymous

no that is the algabreic equation for gm2

7. anonymous

gm1 and gm2 are equal here but what is the value of that resistance??

What is the transconductance gm2 of transistor Q2 at the operating point? Write an algebraic expression for gm2 in terms of the parameters K and VT, and the bias voltage VIN. this is the question you asked correct?

9. anonymous

yep got gm2 correct but need that Thevenin equivalent resistance of the small-signal circuit

10. anonymous

tyvm got all those correct :D

if you get stuck on hw7 dont hesitate to message me and ill help where i can

12. anonymous

please help me with H6 P3 what is What is the decay time constant associated with network A in terms of the circuit parameters? What is the decay time constant associated with network B in terms of the circuit parameters?

13. anonymous

14. anonymous

@Qaiser58 What is the decay time constant associated with network A in terms of the circuit parameters? (R1+R2)⋅C What is the decay time constant associated with network B in terms of the circuit parameters? (R1⋅R2R1+R2)⋅C

15. anonymous

you missed something in the second equation

16. anonymous

((R1*R2)/(R1+R2))⋅C

thanks a lot brothers.......what about H6PI first equation...its a dam long one and i have tried too many things in that....Mahi do u have any idea on that...details of the question are Derive an expression of vOUT as a function of vIN in terms of the power supply voltage VS, the resistance R, and the NewFET parameters, K and VT. Do so for the NewFET biased into the active region 0<VT≤vIN≤VS. Write your expression in the space provided below. Remember that algebraic expressions are case sensitive.

18. anonymous

$(-1+\sqrt(1+4*R*K*VS*(vIN-VT)))/(2*R*K*(vIN-VT))$

19. anonymous

(-1+sqrt(1+4*R*K*VS*(vIN-VT)))/(2*R*K*(vIN-VT))

20. anonymous

thanks mahi and thanks heja....love u brothers i was sooo much stuck into this equations .... do tell me when u commplete the lab 6......

21. anonymous

try the hw for yourself then come back next week if your completly stuck

22. anonymous

i completed the rest of the homework myself brother....and now doing the lab....and thanks for that green tick sign you dont know how much it meant to me after these 6 hours....

I will come nxt week for HW 7 @hejå thanks alot for ur help
