    I think it may just be 3200/150 = 21.33 gallon per $

    and we check if this makes sense because if we save 21.33 gallon per dollar, then for 150 dollars it would be just 21.33 x 150 = $3199.5 which is close to our original amount, if you round up it is $3200.
