Groups of three or more people must obtain a license from the city before meeting in any local parks. c. News reporters traveling with troops overseas must not reveal their location or the soldier's identities. <---- I think c, not sure d. A confessed criminal is forced to speak in court and describe his or her crimes in detail for public record.

    Well, the 1st amendment actually means: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

    Im not sure because the amendment says "right of the people peaceably to assemble" so that means they have the right to go to the parks peacefully. Sorry if im a bit confused...

    well, it says group, and it's a park, i would think that it reasonably limits people's rights

    a reasonable limit of people in groups of three or more - a group is protected under rights of assembly
