If someone keeps saying "Hi" in messages (just a hi)...is it worthy of reporting for being "too repetitive"?

    Naw. Let people do what they want. Ignoring those messages is such a ridiculously small amount of trouble to you.

    pushing that red button doesn't do much. red buttons should be destructive

    Blocking is of course the obvious way to deal with this problem. But, do report them. If they're doing it to a lot of different users we'll want to deal with that.
