    They should really tell you what kind of sale it is... Really, you need to know what's in the equation! But what if all you knew was the sale price today. That would be enough! So the first step is to understand what's going on. There's a sale, a new sale price (lower than the original price), and you learned the original price already; and you want to know how much you save, meaning how much more the original pack was, that you now don't spend!
