Well, you need to insert 3 in all places where is "x", so try it.

You would plug 3 in wherever there is an x in the equation so it would look like this (3)^27(3)+10 so 3 squared is 9 and 7 times 3 is 21 because a negative times a negative is a positive and then plus 10 so you would have 9+21+10 which equals 40
