Given f(x)=3x+5 f(5) how do u solve these

    replace \(x\) by \(5\) and compute \[f(5)=3\times 5+5\]

    you have a function containing x you want a function containing 5 so if you look how you have f(x)=3x+5 f(5) would be instead of x's you would have 5's so you are replacing all x's with 5
