    g(x) = (x+8)^2 + 2

You should ask questions and learn how to do the math on your own before taking the quiz.

Giving answers to a student is not helpful, cwrw. If you want to help someone, explain to them how to find the answer on their own.

a function \(f(x)\) is shifted \(h\) units in the positive x-direction and \(k\) units in the positive y-direction by the change\[f(x)\to f(x-h)+k\]

@SmoothMath ... a$$hole.. whatever your name is. I'm asking for help and my teacher was the one who recommended me to this site. If you have a problem with it, then get off of my question and start crap with someone you're own age. Kaybyenow.

You know what? I get that it was really immature for saying what I said but for you to message me saying I'm abusing the site?! YOU are the one who started all of this. I was wondering how to solve this and then you're saying stuff like "You should ask questions and learn how to do the math on your own before taking the quiz." Okay.. what do you think I'm doing? You could've used a different example then I put. The only thing you were doing is starting a fight so how dare you blame this on me. I came onto this site because I needed help. If you have that big of a deal with it, how about you leave. There was no need to start something. I only asked for help. I never asked for the answer. That won't help me in the future. I want to succeed and that's WHY I was asking for help. So next time, if you have a problem, keep it to yourself. Thanks.
