one more question where is the cytoskeleton found in a plant cell and what does it do?
 one year ago

ChoiBest ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0
the cytoskeleton provides structure to the cell.

ChoiBest ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0
it's like the "skeleton" for the cell.

what is a good analogy for a rough edoplasmic reticulum ??
 one year ago

ChoiBest ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0
RER is responsible for protein synthesis; it synthesizes simple proteins. You could use "highways" since it can transport these proteins to golgi apparatus.

so would it be highways for SER too??
 one year ago

ChoiBest ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0
hm, SER is mainly responsible for lipid synthesis. so I'd rather not put it as highways.

ChoiBest ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0
I'd rather put maintenance staff.

one more question what is the function of a cytoplasm i tried looking it up on google but nothing came up??
 one year ago

ChoiBest ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0
cytoplasm is the space where the cell membrane and all cell's organelles are located. So it's the liquid that is inside the cell which keeps the organelles in place.
