i guess it depends on your fitness level at the moment and what you wanna accomplish (cardiovascular, muscle mass, etc)

i would suggest that you work on your cardio, and add on weights if you can. also lift (relatively) light weights and do a lot (i mean until your arms can't take it anymore, without hurting yourself obviously) of repetitions.
