What is a good workout schedule for me?

    i guess it depends on your fitness level at the moment and what you wanna accomplish (cardiovascular, muscle mass, etc)

    i would suggest that you work on your cardio, and add on weights if you can. also lift (relatively) light weights and do a lot (i mean until your arms can't take it anymore, without hurting yourself obviously) of repetitions.

    if you don't mind, how fit do you consider yourself? 1-10; 10 being most fit how long can you run for? length/distance
