Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.1i guess it depends on your fitness level at the moment and what you wanna accomplish (cardiovascular, muscle mass, etc)

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.1i would suggest that you work on your cardio, and add on weights if you can. also lift (relatively) light weights and do a lot (i mean until your arms can't take it anymore, without hurting yourself obviously) of repetitions.
