    so if you have 65.36 centimeters, rounding to 65.4 isn't rounding to the nearest centimeter, that would be millimeter.

    well if you have 66.74 centimeters that means you have 66 WHOLE centimeters and .74 of a centimeter correct?

    so why would you round to 66.7 centimeters? You would still have 66 centimeters and .7 of a centimeter
