Alright, I am working on this. First of all, can I just treat the two capacitors as a single one? When I make this circuit on my program it says "capacitor loop with no resistance". I don't understand why this is?

so far I have only said that \[Z=\frac{1}{\frac{1}{R}+j\left(\omega(C_1+C_2)\frac{1}{\omega L}\right)}\]
