i know this is probably a dumb question, but whatever. : ) if a number is .145 with 45 repeating, rounded to the nearest thousandths place, what would it be?

    after the decimal it goes like this: tens, hundredths, thousands, ten thousandths...

    so if its .1454545454545 etc., it would round to .145

    because it is decimal (tenths)(hundredth)(thousandth)(ten thousandth)
