    a. 2.5(10) + 2(4) = 25 + 4= $29 > since the budget is $60, $29 is obviously less, so this is a solution. b. 20(2.5) + 2(4) = 50 + 8= $58 > budget is 60, so this is also a solution c. 14(2.5) + 5(4) = 35 + 20= $55 > less than 60, it is a solution. d. 18(2.5) + 6(4) = 45 + 24 = $69 > more than 60, so this is not a solution Because the budget is $60, D is not a solution since it exceeds the budget.
