    because if you have a mac, you can just plot in in "grapher"

    but you can also plot it on wolfram alpha http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=y%3Dlog_5%28x%29%2B3real plot | y = log(5, x)+3

    and yes you are correct, PS that link is broken. but you can always plot it on wolfram!
