    1. If you reflect something over the y-axis, the y value of the coordinate stays the same and you take the opposite of the x value 2. If you reflect something over the x-axis, the x value of the coordinate stays the same and you take the opposite of the y value 3. If you reflect something over the line y = x, then you switch the x and y values in the coordinate pair around
