    Ever since I was six years old, I was in the kitchen. I have always loved to cook. I remember standing on my tippy toes watching my grandma cook. I remember Building pillow forts in the living room with my mom than cuddling up and watching Rachel Ray. I remember all the trials and errors of my food experimentation, and the stacks of dishes that followed, but most of all I remember my family and I bonding over the freshly prepared entrees and deserts. I really enjoy cooking, I feel like when I cook, I tend to put my feelings in the food; it helps to relieve me of whatever is on my mind. I love to learn other chefs “tricks of the trade”, especially if their from another country. I was an apprentice for an Italian restaurant owner in Florida. We made puff pastry, Danishes, and coffee cake. I learned a lot about the history of cooking, making measurement with an old fashioned scale, and the way a restaurant works. One of my dreams is to own a bakery of my own. I want to work with more chef and baker to learn more about how to make things and do it just for fun. Maybe one day You will be eating a cupcake with my bakeries’ name on it. EDIT: I know this paper isn't my best work of writing. Just help me fix it! LOL.

    try not to start every sentence with "I". thats the only thing i don't like about it

Also, I love to learn other chefs* “tricks of the trade”, especially those from other countries. " chefs' * i would suggest: "A few years ago, I was an apprentice for an Italian restaurant owner in Florida. We would made puff pastries, Danish dishes, and coffee cakes. This experience taught me a lot about the history of cooking, the old fashion ways of cooking and measuring, as well as the way a restaurant works. i would suggest:"Ever since I was a little girl, one of my biggest dreams was to own my own bakery. Not only do I want to learn how to be professional at it, but also to work with other chefs and bakers and learn how to cook just for fun. One day, people will be eating the most delicious cupcakes and they're going to have \(my\) bakery's name on it!"
