well, i agree yoga does help and there are other things you can do, you can read books, be around people, talking to people about your problems helps a lot..and be outside more often.. i think that helps.
Remove what ever is frustrating you..
I try to juggle every day, it's a great stress reliever. Generally any sort of physical activity, even if it's just taking a 30 minute brisk walk, can be stress relieving. :)
there is no option to remove or get rid of frustration, the only alternative is ignorance and to put yourself busy with works, and listen to rocking music and trust me it works
i have been through bigger frustration and yes sometimes it gets very tough to deal with it but the more you ignore the better you feel and happier you will be
