You have to delete the last question you had in that subject. If it's more than one question in different subjects then you can ask them.
No, you can't have more than question open at a time in the one subject. You don't have to delete it but to ask your next question you have to close your old one. This is mainly so you can concentrate on the one question while some helps you learn how to answer your question.
