They won't necessarily reply. You just have to email them, ask them to perma-ban your account, and ta-da it's all over.
They have been rather busy of late so they may not respond quickly, is there a particular reason you need your account deleted ASAP?

Yes - there is always that option :P I'm just asking in case it relates to any specific questions (ie. I may be able to delete them). You can also change the settings so you won't be emailed notifications.
OS is really crappy when it comes to customer service so all you can do is email and hope they respond.
Unfortunately that is partially the case, however given most of the staff aren't paid much (if at all - depending on grants) I think they do a really good job.
OS has not customers to serve :) It has a platform that it offers to users for free to be able to congregate together on and transfer knowledge back and forth.
@TranceNova I want to delete not perma-ban the account, if you can help me, please do it ASAP :)
You can't delete accounts. That's what I'm saying.. You can ask to have it prema-banned, but they can't actually delete it. Comprende?
Why dont you just never get on the account my friend did that with this on for one day and she never used it so I took it, but why the rush? Is someone bothering you, and you wanna delete you're account?
am i the only one that noticed..thats there first question...why do they need to delete it..
