    so separate the degrees 16 full degrees now 60*.238= 14.28 14 minutes now .28*60=25.2 seconds so 16 degrees 14 minutes and 25 seconds

    16.238 degrees 16 degrees + (.238 degrees) 16 degrees + (.238 degrees * 60 minutes/1 degree) 16 degrees + (14.28 minutes ) 16 degrees + (14 minutes + .28 minutes) 16 degrees + 14 minutes + (.28 minutes * 60 seconds/1 minute) 16 degrees + 14 minutes + 16.8 seconds 16 degrees 14 minutes 17 seconds
