The nucleus stores the coded instructions for making the cell’s proteins. The nucleus usually contains a nucleolus region which is where ribosome assembly begins. The nucleus is the site of protein assembly. The nucleus is surrounded by a nuclear envelope that lets materials in and out.

Proteins are actually assembled outside of the nucleus, in the cytoplasm of the cell.

I read the question. And I gave you a fact. Is it too much for you to read what I said, and then re-read the choices, and compare them? You want me to just do your work and give you the answer, straight up?

Proteins are assembled outside the nucleus. That's a fact. Now, let's look at all of our choices, alright? "Which one is NOT true?" A. The nucleus stores the coded instructions for making the cell’s proteins. B. The nucleus usually contains a nucleolus region which is where ribosome assembly begins. C. The nucleus is the site of protein assembly. D. The nucleus is surrounded by a nuclear envelope that lets materials in and out. Which one of these choices does not match the fact that I told you?

A is actually true. The nucleus stores our DNA. And DNA is the "coded instructions" that A is talking about. How about you read C? What does C say?

It's okay. And yes! C says that proteins are made IN the nucleus. But I've already told you that proteins are actually made OUTSIDE the nucleus, in the cytoplasm. So, we can safely say that C is.....? (True or False?)
