Imagine you are researching your town's security. You found an Internet site that appears to be your town's police department. How would you check the website for validity (truthfulness)? check the amount of text, graphics, and videos included check the date when it was published -- more recent works are more valid check the order it which it appeared on the search engine (first is more valid) check the author or organization is responsible for writing and/or publishing it
